Who We Are

JaMaxwell Global Solutions was founded after its leadership spent over a decade inside federal IT programs and saw the same failure pattern on repeat: agencies award contracts to large primes, the primes rotate staff to higher-margin work within months, and the agency absorbs the knowledge loss. Timelines slip. Authorization packages stall. The next IG report flags the same findings as the year before.

We started this company to break that cycle. Every program we take on is staffed by the same senior engineers from kickoff through closeout. Our leadership signs the contract and stays on the delivery. That structure only works at our size, and we intend to keep it that way.

We are headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, and work exclusively with federal and civilian organizations and the prime contractors that support them.

How We Operate

We do not subcontract core technical work. The engineers, architects, and security analysts assigned to your program are JaMaxwell employees with active clearances and the certifications listed in our proposal. When a contracting officer or program manager calls, they reach the project lead, not an intermediary.

Every deliverable is tracked against the contract's CPARS evaluation criteria from day one. Our VP of Operations maintains that mapping, and our Director of Engineering reviews every architecture decision before it reaches production. This is how we avoid the drift that plagues multi-year federal programs: the people accountable for contract performance are the same people doing the work.

We carry no large campus, no layers of middle management, and no business development staff separate from delivery. That structure is deliberate. It keeps our indirect rates low and our response times short. Our compliance page details the frameworks we implement against.

Clearances

All delivery staff hold active security clearances at the level required by the engagement. Clearance verification is completed before staff are proposed.

Location

Headquartered in Fairfax, VA. On-site, hybrid, and remote delivery available globally. We support programs across CONUS, OCONUS, and allied partner locations.

Staffing

We maintain a bench of cleared professionals and a vetted pipeline for rapid task order ramp-ups. Average time to staff a cleared position: under 30 days from task order award.

Leadership

JaMaxwell is led by a team with direct experience delivering IT programs to federal and civilian organizations. Our leadership holds the same certifications as our delivery staff and maintains hands-on involvement in every active engagement.

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

PMP, AWS Certified

Founded JaMaxwell to address a gap in federal contracting: agencies that need senior technical staff without the overhead of a large prime. Background spans cloud architecture, cybersecurity program management, and IT modernization across multiple federal agencies. Personally involved in proposal development, program oversight, and client relationships on every active contract.

Vice President of Operations

CISSP, PMP

Manages federal program delivery across all active engagements. Responsible for contract performance, staffing, compliance operations, and quality assurance. Tracks deliverables against SLAs and ensures every program meets its CPARS evaluation criteria. Previously managed multi-year federal IT operations contracts before joining JaMaxwell.

Director of Engineering and Architecture

AWS SA Professional, Azure Administrator, Security+

Leads technical delivery: cloud architecture on AWS GovCloud and Azure Government, DevSecOps pipeline design, systems integration, and security control implementation. Hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD tooling, and federal authorization processes including FedRAMP and agency ATOs. Reviews all architecture decisions and deployment plans before they reach production.

Technical Depth

Our staff works daily with the platforms, tools, and compliance frameworks that federal programs require. This is not a marketing list. These are the technologies our engineers use on active engagements.

Cloud Platforms

AWS GovCloud (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, GuardDuty). Azure Government (VMs, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, AKS, Sentinel, Entra ID). Terraform for multi-cloud IaC. Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Cybersecurity

Control implementation and assessment against federal baselines. Tenable Nessus for vulnerability scanning. CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection. Splunk Enterprise Security for SIEM. Incident response planning and tabletop exercises. Authorization package development for JAB and Agency paths.

Software and DevSecOps

Full-stack development in React, Node.js, Python, Java, and .NET. CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions. Static analysis with SonarQube. Container scanning with Trivy and Aqua. Automated testing at unit, integration, and load levels.

Data and Integration

Data warehousing on AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, and Snowflake. ETL with Apache Airflow and AWS Glue. Reporting in Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana. API integration with MuleSoft, Kong, and AWS API Gateway. Message queuing with Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.

What We Have Delivered

Our track record reflects the operational model described above: stable teams, compliance baked into architecture, and leadership directly involved in delivery. Representative engagements include:

  • Cloud migrations from on-premises infrastructure to AWS GovCloud and Azure Government, with full ATO packages delivered on each migrated system
  • Security posture assessments across multiple system boundaries, producing consolidated risk registers and remediation roadmaps ahead of IG audits
  • Legacy platform consolidation, replacing redundant systems with unified data architectures and single reporting layers
  • DevSecOps pipeline buildouts with automated security scanning integrated into every stage of the CI/CD process
  • 24/7 infrastructure management with defined SLAs for uptime, incident response, and resolution

We do not list client names without permission. Our case studies page describes representative engagements in detail. For named references and past performance, contact us directly.
