We manage infrastructure for federal systems on a 24/7 basis with defined SLAs for uptime, response time, and resolution time. This covers server and network administration (both on-premises and cloud), automated patch management, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, and incident escalation.

Our operations teams use runbooks, automated alerting, and on-call rotation to ensure issues are caught and resolved before they affect agency operations.

What We Deliver

Server, storage, and network administration across on-premises VMware, AWS, and Azure environments. We manage the full stack from hypervisor to application layer, with documented change management procedures for every modification.

Automated patch management and configuration compliance using Ansible, SCCM, and AWS Systems Manager. Patches are tested in staging environments before production deployment. Emergency patches for critical vulnerabilities follow an expedited process with documented risk acceptance.

24/7 monitoring with Nagios, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor, with PagerDuty escalation and on-call rotation. We define alert thresholds collaboratively with the agency to minimize noise while catching real issues. Every alert has a documented response procedure.

Backup and disaster recovery using Veeam, AWS Backup, and Azure Site Recovery with documented RPO/RTO targets. We test recovery procedures quarterly and maintain runbooks for every recovery scenario, from single file restore to full site failover. For cloud-hosted environments, we use the same tools alongside cloud-native backup services like AWS Backup and Azure Site Recovery.

Network architecture including LAN/WAN design, VLAN segmentation, firewall rule management, and VPN configuration. Network changes follow a documented change control process with rollback procedures.

Identity management with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, group policy management, and identity lifecycle automation. We handle onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews to support the agency's least-privilege requirements.
